Billing information for standard support calls
1. In an effort to improve both safety and efficiency by eliminating touch points, we are requesting payments be made electronically by credit card or by phone at time of confirmation. 2. Standard Service Calls are calculated @ $95 per man hour with a minimum of a 1 hour charge, and every hour following is calculated in quarter hour increments, plus materials and sales tax. After hours service rate is billed $145 per man hour. 3. Depending on the nature of the call, a deposit may be required and those monies will be applied to final billing. Any over payments will be refunded promptly following close out for all workorder associated with each support request.
