An enjoyable Memorial Day Weekend! 

Virginia, the girls and I are just back from a long weekend in Kiawah - and wanted to send this group a note of sincere thanks for all of the creative energy and sweat equity each of you contributed in creating such a wonderful setting for our family. 

It took us 7 months, but this was really our first opportunity we had as a family to enjoy the house - with great weather (and no guests)! As we finally had an occasion to "nest" in the house with our girls, it gave us a profound appreciation for what a wonderful finished product you all have created - and one we hope to enjoy for many years to come. 

As we reflect back on the journey of the last 24 months, it's also very clear to us how frequently we needed to lean on your collective and individual instincts - particularly when we were physically or mentally unable to engage during Virginia's surgeries and treatment Windows. We will be forever grateful for all of your patience, perseverance and guidance throughout the process.

Thank you so very much for taking care of this little snafu so expediently! I have always had such great confidence in you and your crew, and this situation was just a perfect example of the professionalism and care that I believed would be extended by you and your company. Anthony did a terrific job addressing and amending the task at hand, and as always, with such a pleasant nature. 

I truly cannot say enough good things about the crew that you sent out to work on our home thus far. They are good men with a good work ethic. This is so easily evident by the great respect that they not only showed to me, the client, but to each other as they worked together as a "team" to insure quality performance of their job. We just wanted to let you know how much we are enjoying our remodeled home. We are so glad that we invested in the RadioRA system. We knew that lighting was an important element in our remodel but really did not realize how much of a difference the right lighting system can make! 

We love how easy and convenient the RadioRA system is! With a simple touch of a button on the keypad, we light whatever room we want, whatever "mood" we want. It's as simple as rolling out of bed and pressing a button, or pulling into your driveway and touching a button on your garage door opener. 

We are cost conscious consumers and seriously thought about passing on the RadioRA system. We wanted nice lighting but thought that regular light switches with dimmers would give us the effect we wanted. We are happy to say that we decided to invest in the system and are glad that we did! It would have been very difficult or impossible to achieve the lighting goals that we envisioned for our new home without RadioRA.

This is a letter of recommendation for Russ Pritchard and the Audio Warehouse. 

As my wife and I were having our house constructed on Kiawah Island (completed August 1999), we decided to include a theater and complete audio system. We solicited recommendations and bids from appropriate parties and decided to assign the project to the Audio Warehouse. We believed they could deliver the best value on a timely, responsible basis. 

Looking back over the two and one-half years since the project was completed, I can make the following observations:
