Dear Sir: 

It is not often that one is prompted to write a letter of thank you for a job well done. In December 2001, with the help of William Garza, I decided on speakers for my home, which were ordered and installed on Monday, January 21, 2002. 

Throughout the process of presentation and decision making, I came to the conclusion that your staff of sales people and installers have truly added value to my life. William and the two installers were not only professionals, but also the creators of a new dimension of well being in my home.
