Thank you so very much for taking care of this little snafu so expediently! I have always had such great confidence in you and your crew, and this situation was just a perfect example of the professionalism and care that I believed would be extended by you and your company. Anthony did a terrific job addressing and amending the task at hand, and as always, with such a pleasant nature. 

I truly cannot say enough good things about the crew that you sent out to work on our home thus far. They are good men with a good work ethic. This is so easily evident by the great respect that they not only showed to me, the client, but to each other as they worked together as a "team" to insure quality performance of their job. Your crew of great guys are an absolute asset to representing your company, and truly difficult to find in this day and age! Kudos to you!
